Iron Pu'ali – Iron refers to free weights, pumping iron, strength and getting fit. Pu'ali is Hawaiian for 'warrior'. Iron Pu'ali is someone who is taking their health and fitness to the next level, no matter where their starting point might be.
A personal fitness consultant! I never in a million years thought that this would be the path I would be walking (jogging, lunging and pressing) down. It is from my resolve and successful results that I am encouraging and helping others achieve the most from their bodies and their lives! For me, I like to make each workout as fun as possible, but also challenging; whether it be from the upbeat tunes on my iPod©, the extra weight or set I am able to complete, or the “rush” of endorphins from pushing myself to do my best.
Your success will be a direct result of the personal and Goal-Oriented program that we develop together! This unique approach will transform both your body and your mind. Let's face it, most trainers just watch you exercise and tell you what to do. If you want to achieve real, long lasting results, you must do more than exercise your body. I believe that there is no success unless you start with a solid foundation that is realistic and motivates your unique personality. Diet, Rest and Exercise need to have balance. Proteins, Carbs and Fats all have their place in a muscle building, fat reducing healthy diet. Form and conditioning are important to a successful fitness plan, as well as a routine and discipline. Proper rest is another key factor, you need to recharge your body, mind and spirit each night in order to be your best in all that you do. With the program we develop together, your perceptions and attitude about exercise, fitness, and health will change as you see the results! Breaking habits is one of the most challenging things that one can face. Together, we will replace bad habits with good ones. You will develop habits that will bring you happiness through fitness, good health and lifestyle.
We will work together to set goals and reach them. I don't just show you how to do an exercise; I empower and encourage you in the areas of Exercise, Diet and Rest by giving you the tools to encompass a healthy balance of physical fitness, rest/relaxation and proper nutrition.
